Delete your account
You can delete your Kyokushin KAN Technicalaccount and its data at any time. This page explains how, including if you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Your name and email address.
- Your saved items.
- Your membership is cancelled, so you are not charged again.
Deletion is immediate and permanent — it can't be undone, and regaining access later means starting a new membership. Some records may be retained where required by law or held by our payment processor.
Delete it yourself
On the web — sign in, open your account settings, and use Delete account.
In the mobile app — open the Account tab, scroll to Delete account, tap Delete my account, and confirm.
If you can't sign in
Email app@ligodojo.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days. You do not need to reinstall the app to make this request.
